David was the true consummate manager. He worked through all of the small details. Go through David and you will not regret it.

Halibut House
The listing makes it appear like you are renting the house. In fact, the house is broken down into multiple, very small units connected by doors. The doors are supposed to be secure. One of our party accidentally walked into another occupied unit, startling the occupants. The listing is very misleading.

Just Right
This was a perfect fit for our trip to Seward! The space was clean and comfortable, we were close to everything, and the whole process was smooth. I would absolutely stay again on another trip. The location can't be beat.

Great place with awesome host!
We had a wonderful stay at David’s place with our family of four. House is just as described-great location. He was super accommodating and great with communication, suggestions and assistance! Had a fantastic whale watching boat excursion and greatly enjoyed the Sea Life Center - Ray’s seafood was top-notch. Hope we can make it back to Seward again —it was truly magical!
